(Athens, Tenn.) -- Trevecca's game with Tennessee Wesleyan,
scheduled for Monday, was postponed till today at 1:00 p.m. due to
snow. With the snow finally cleared, the Trojans jumped out to an
early lead and led 1-0 after two innings. Tennessee Wesleyan
countered, however, with a two run third and five run fourth inning
to take a 7-1 lead. The Trojans refused to give up as a two run
sixth innings brought the score to 7-3 heading into the final
inning. In the top of the last innings, the Trojans rallied for
three runs thanks to a 3 run pinch hit homer from junior Kyle Felts.
The rally wasn't enough though as Trevecca fell 6-7.
Billy Johnson picked up his first loss of the year for Trevecca,
now 5-2 on the season.
