Chris Collins begins his first season as graduate assistant under Jeff Forehand. Collins joins the program after having one of the greatest offensive seasons in Trojan baseball history last season.

Collins batted .412, which was good for 3rd in the conference. He also led the TranSouth conference with 20 home runs, a statistic which was one shy of the Trevecca all time record. Collins had 51 runs batted, placing him 2nd in the conference.

Collins earned Honorable Mention All America honors and All Region and 1st team All TranSouth honors for his outstanding season.
