in the Shorter Classic. Michael Blivens score 30 points to led
the team to their 5th victory in 6 games this season.
Trevecca hit
17 of 27 field goal attempts and 5 of 10 three-point attempts in the
first half to build a 42-33 halftime lead.
In the second
half the Trojans hot shooting transferred to the foul line.
Trevecca hit all 21 of their charity strip attempts to seal the 81-62
victory.
Trevecca hit
26 of 49 (53.1%) from the field, 5 of 16 (31.3%)
from three-point range, and 24-26 (92.3%) from the foul line.
Shorter won the battle of the boards 34-32. Trevecca picked up 9
steals and forced 15 Shorter turnovers.
Blivens led
the game with 30 points and hit 18 of 20 free throw attempts.
The senior also had 3 steals, 6 rebounds adn 2 assists. Eric
Addie added 13 points and hit 5 of 6 shots from the field. Will
Partin led the team with 8 assists and hit double figures with 10
points. Partin also led the team with 4 steals. Jeremy
Austin led the team with 7 rebounds and scored 10 points.
